Job Description:
- Transaction Assistance: Assisting with daily accounting operations, including processing transactions in accounts receivable and payable.
- Record Maintenance: Helping maintain accurate and up-to-date records for general ledger, fixed assets, and inventory.
- Support Financial Reporting: Aiding in preparing financial statements and reports under the guidance of finance Head.
- Reconciliation Support: Assisting with monthly bank reconciliation processes.
- Payment Processing Support: Helping manage and process payment vouchers and maintain accounts under supervision.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assisting with the preparation and filing of tax documents, learning to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborative Learning: Participating in internal and external audits and supporting finance head in gathering and reporting financial data
- With at least 10 years of work experience and an accounting degree.
