JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male, 25–35 years old
- First-time worker going abroad (no prior overseas employment required)
- At least high school graduate or vocational course in agriculture (preferred)
- Knowledge in crop cultivation, pest/weed control, and irrigation system operation
- Able to use basic hand and power tools for farm repair and maintenance
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willing to follow company rules, attend training, and work as part of a team
