- Proven experience in automotive repair, restoration, or vehicle customization.
- Ability to assess damage, prepare cost estimates, and manage customer expectations.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and use of repair/recovery equipment.
- Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.
