Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Food or Beverage Industry.
- Responsible for managing the companyβs unique automated sterilization and pasteurization processes.
- Proven ability to execute process monitoring and quality control inspections (e.g., color, smell, taste, packaging).
- Skilled in operating automated sterilization systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and actively participate in technical improvement projects.
- Strong technical insight and willingness to engage in hands-on work.
- Critical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Engineering degree in a technical discipline.
