Job Description:
- Production Ouersight: Managing daily bakery production, including baking, decorating, and packaging.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet our quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Ouerseeing ingredient ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and superuising bakery staff.
- Menu Development: Contributing to the creation of new bakery items and optimizing existing ones.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all bakery equipment is in good working order and performing routine maintenance.
- Budget Management: Assisting with managing the bakery’s budget and controlling costs. environment.
