- Manage and supervise concrete batching plant operations.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in reading project specifications and concrete mix design.
- Proficient in concrete mixture proportioning and adjustment based on site and weather conditions.
- Ensure all mixes meet technical and project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely and quality concrete delivery.
- Maintain mix design records and adjust batching as needed.
- Troubleshoot batching issues and maintain quality standards.
