Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or a similar role in construction.
- Familiarity with commonly-used construction techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out preparatory work on site (fabrication of reinforcement blanks, tying frames, etc.)
- Preparation, installation, dismantling of formwork.
- Pouring the concrete mix into the structures formed by the formwork.
- Concrete works – formwork installation, formwork maintenance, reinforcement tying, reinforcement frame installation, reinforcement frame fabrication, concrete pouring and vibration.
- Installation of reinforced concrete products – unloading and installation of reinforced concrete products, scarifying, jointing.
