With a minimum of 3 years solid professional kitchen experience

Proficient in Western, European, and International cuisines

Skilled in both hot and cold kitchen preparation

Experience in à la carte service and/or buffet setups

Background in casual, semi-fine, fine dining, or hotel kitchens preferred

College degree in Culinary Arts or related field is an advantage but not required

Can communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written)
