QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Research & Development specializing in the manufacturing of components for medium-voltage switchgear, including load break switches, circuit breakers, and voltage indicators.

Lead the development and enhancement of prototypes, covering circuit breakers, load break switches, and other medium-voltage accessories.

Design and conduct internal tests, implement redesigns when needed, and manage the industrialization process for updated designs.

Prepare comprehensive test protocols for the assembly team.

Ensure that prototypes are successfully transitioned into series production.

Proficiency in 3D design software such as Creo, or willingness to undergo training.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
