Supervisor at the same time Safety Officer Job responsibilities: Assign workers to specific tasks Manage task schedule and monitoring of personnel on site Manage implementations of Safety Programs inside the Plant Planning of newly assigned task and other non-routine activities Reporting / record keeping of daily task assignments Perform task analysis for better, faster and more efficient way to complete the tasks at hand Perform task analysis for safety hazards identification and elimination/prevention Manage all incidents Reporting and recording all incidents Conduct Toolbox Meeting daily before dispatching personnel to the field Conduct safety huddles and Life Saving Talks before commencing any non-routine activities Assist in the Permitting process in all activities requiring such documentations Hazard reporting and Risk management Intervention reporting and couching Inspection of Safety devices Heavy equipment inspections and daily monitoring of operator's checklist Develop new job routines and best practices Task observation and corrections
